We went to Pat and Candace's last week to carve pumpkins. Of course, I had forgotten to charge my camera so I was only able to get this one picture before my camera died. Candace has some pictures on her website of us and our pumpkins. The kids had alot of fun. I have never spent so much time carving a pumpkin in my life! My idea of carving a pumpkin is 3 triangles for the eyees and nose and a quick mouth with a couple teeth. Braxton's was the U of U symbol, Weston did a really good job (all by himself) on a spider and Garrett chose one of the hardest in the book. A ghost with a bunch of other cutouts. He probably could have done it by himself but his pumpkin was so think that it was really hard to cut through it. I had to help him with most of it. Sad to say, the pumpkins did not fare very well over the weekend and have shriveled up already. Oh well, it was fun anyway.
