The Lierd Family

Last night we went to Classic Skating for my nephew Tanner's birthday. It was a 'Cars' birthday as Trina clearly points out in some of her pictures. What a goof!! The kids just love the place although I think it smells like sweat and stinky feet! The kids all had fun skating and playing in the bounce zone. Those bounce things are almost as bad as the play areas in McDonalds, the kind that make you bring your kids home and throw them in the shower to clean them off. I am so anal about having things clean that I can't even imagine what it looks like inside those!! I'm positive I would have a panic attack or something. Oh well, it's supposed to be fun for the kids right? Not for the overprotective, neurotic parents. I don't even like my boys to use the public Men's restroom. I mean can you imagine what they must look like in Walmart!! I won't even use the bathroom there. People must think I'm crazy because every time they head for the bathroom, I am yelling behind them, "Don't touch anything!!!" If I knew I wouldn't get dirty looks, I would probably still drag them into the Women's with me so that I could watch them.
